位於 Hayata紅柴。居頂樓的 H.T Sky Bar，是一座戶外露天的日式餐酒館。
一人廚房，餐點皆為現點現做，請帶著愜意的心情前來慢食慢飲。
歡迎飯店住客與非住宿旅人，一同享受海風、星空與美食的夜晚。

🔹冬季時段每年10/01到隔年03/31｜18:00–21:00

🔹夏季時段每年04/01-09/30｜18:30–21:00

🍽 用餐說明

・18:00／18:30 開餐：提供日式無菜單料理，
須準時到場，並至少提前三天預約與完成匯款。

・禁止攜帶外食
・自備酒水酌收開瓶費
・僅供現金交易

A one-chef kitchen, where every dish is made to order—come with a relaxed heart and savor the night.

Both in-house guests and outside travelers are warmly welcome to enjoy an evening of ocean breeze, starry skies, and slow dining.

Requires reservation and prepayment at least 1 day in advance. Please arrive on time.
