位於 Hayata紅柴。居頂樓的 H.T Sky Bar，是一座戶外露天的日式餐酒館。
一人廚房，餐點皆為現點現做，請帶著愜意的心情前來慢食慢飲。
歡迎飯店住客與非住宿旅人，一同享受海風、星空與美食的夜晚。

🍽 用餐說明

・第一餐期（18:00／18:30 開餐）：提供日式無菜單料理，須準時到場，並至少提前一天預約與完成匯款。
・第二餐期（20:00／20:30 ）：開放現場入座，提供單點菜單。

H.T Sky Bar is an open-air Japanese Bar.

A one-chef kitchen, where every dish is made to order—come with a relaxed heart and savor the night.

Both in-house guests and outside travelers are warmly welcome to enjoy an evening of ocean breeze, starry skies, and slow dining.

🍽 Dining Details

・First Seating (18:00 / 18:30 start): Pre-set Japanese omakase dinner.
Requires reservation and prepayment at least 1 day in advance. Please arrive on time.

・Second Seating (20:00 / 20:30 onward): À la carte menu available for walk-ins.
